I need to talk with someone on a team that involves a university. I have ideas on how I want to structure my team, but it helps to use people's experiences as a resource.
What works? What doesn't work? How much do the high school students do? How much do the college students do?
I'm not going to copy anyone's formula. Just learn from it...
