Catlin Gabel. As far as external hosting goes, my personal website is hosted by MediaCatch.org. They offer Linux-based hosting for $47.40 a year, and they even have a thing called Fantastico, which will automatically install and configure many different software packages, including Drupal 5. However, the basic plan limits you to 350Mb of space, meaning that you might have trouble hosting tons of photos without paying for a more expensive plan.
