Talking Thank you 121 and 151 @ River Rage!!

Much thanks to Team 121 and Team 151 at River Rage helping us to the win!! Hats off to all the staff volunteers that helped run the competition, it was very well done. I can't wait until next year's River Rage. It was great to see all my buds again!

Thanks again,
Kate

I would like to put a big thanks out to 190, and 121, not only for helping us win, but for letting us do it by balancing. All year teams wouldn't let us balance due to slow speed, but it was a great way to end the year. Both 190 and 121 are Super teams.

Also i would like to add another thanks to WPI for helping us in the match when we knocked the goal down ontop of the robot, they were able to put a big ball on top and keep it exciting.

Also a big thanks goes out to (chaos, dirty birds, and hyper) for the most exciting finals in a long time.

Chris
Driver for Team 151 at Riverrage

PS. That black ball is going on the wall of fame.

So you're the one that was stealing the black ball

Just to reiterate Kate's thoughts- thanks to 121 and 151 for some great games. From the 17-second dash to that final match, it was great teamwork and confidence. 69, 213, and 131 keep us praying every match that we could do it until we could get it almost perfect as we could to win.. it was definitely some of the best matches of seen of the entire year and quite a few competitions.

And Chris and others.. way to be aware of the time better than I was.. when I thought we were past the chance to win on the "time-tie-breaker" they knew better and made us clock out.

Great job by the whole staff.. too bad more teams couldn't make it.. although I liked the 3 robots on the field.. it made everyone considerably useful in almost every match and worked well.

Thanks! ;-)

It seems like 121/190 is starting to become an anual thing. remember the Big E last year?

Anyhow, my thanks go to 190 & 151 for being in the championship alliance with us; 69, 213, & 131 for giving us the honor of having such great opponents in the finals; all the teams who allied with us, helping us get #1 seed; all the teams who participated, making the competition; and special thanks to all the staff, who made the foundation for the great competition.
