This issue was resolved in Update #1 - I'm closing this one in order to clean up the number of posts no longer needed.

Besides the fact, that the animation isn't an official rules interpretation.

i think you cant be over 6ft after passing that last line in the red zone...till their finish line. That should be the home stretch like in racing. But after that line you can turn around and bump it off. That way you dont interrupt a last minute hurdle from going over
