Question Human Arm Arm Controller

Hey, our team was looking into using a device that a driver would attach to their arm with a pot at each joint, and depending on where they moved their arm, the robot's arm would do the same thing. Question is, has anyone else done this, and if so I would like to know:
1. How accurate and reliable was it
2. How did it attach to the driver's arm
3. General information on it and how it was constructed.
Thanks for the help
Malhon
