Your thoughts on Mecanum wheels....

What are your thoughts/tips on mecanum wheels?

I believe my team has already decided to use these this year, but if you have any good reasons as to why not, or even as to why we should use them, please post.

I've seen other threads on mecanum wheels, and they've helped a little, but all I really got out of them was that we lose about 45% "push". Is that all?
