I finally had a chance to look up the gear. It is 16 DP with 54 teeth, PD of 3.375 and a face width of 1/2'. I am not sure under last years rules if it would be legal to use a Boston gear for the fix. We used an aluminum round from Small Parts for the blank and cut the teeth in the rim. The web was offset to one side for bolting to the web of the original gear. Bill Beatty
