Does anyone know where i could find all the current rules regarding FIRST, like everything there is to know if you are a new team. The team I am apart of is having some confusion with things, and I don't know where to find access so that I am able to silent any alarms that I along with other members on our team with past experience, may have unexpectadly set off. Help would be much appreciated.

Go to the FIRST web page - under the 1999 Competition look under 1999 Competition Documentation. Everything from last year is still there.
