Mounting two output sprockets on andyMark

Does anyone know if one can mount 2 of the 15 tooth sprockets provided in this year's kit with the andymark gearbox without too much hassle? If it's not so easy what would be the best way to mount two sprockets on the gearbox.
Thanks for the help
-Ed

I think the shaft is too short to have two sprockets on there. I'm pretty sure if you contact Andy he can get you a longer shaft.

Re: Mounting two output sprockets on andyMark

looks to me like there is enough room to mount two sprockets on there, don't have one in front of me but if the keyway is long enough I believe you can fit two on there. You could always take the sprockets down a bit on the lathe if you need too, don't be afraid to make changes to the 'standard' configuration.

Re: Mounting two output sprockets on andyMark

There is enough room to fit two 3/4" width sprockets on the output shaft. If you do need a longer shaft, AM does not supply a longer shaft for the toughbox. However, if you purchase the single speed 2" longer shaft and work the short end down from 1/2" to 3/8" with a lathe (its unhardened steel) the shaft is pretty much identical to that supplied with the toughbox... except longer.

Make sure when purchasing a second set of sprockets to buy with a spline... we need to broach ours now.

Just to clarify, you do not want sprockets with a spline; you want sprockets with 1/2" bores and 1/8" keyways. Splined sprockets refer to something completely different.
