The wii nunchuck would be a really cool control for an arm/grabber of some sort. With a 3-axis accelerometer, the applications are pretty sweet. You move it up, the arm goes up. You move it forward, the arm extends forward. Press "c" or "z" and the claw opens or closes. That would be sweet, though it would be hard to control without practice.
