New version of the documentation

Hi -

I posted a new version of the WPILib documentation. It has:

1. A bunch of things clarified
2. Inaccuracies fixed
3. An appendix at the end with a complete function reference

I'm hoping to do a little more work on the documentation, but that's it for now.
