What's The Coolest Thing A Team Can Give Out?

How about 'Got FIRST?' t-shirts? We were giving those out on Firday and Saturday in Archimedes.

On the list i have to say DVD. but personaly I think the lanyards that 16 had (only our flight got one) were the coolest because those they can use to hold their Nasa badges for years on end even when they profesionally work somewhere..

also i think 45's kwel saftey gogles owned all i loved them and wish they could pm me with where they got them.. (Please say HomeDepot + ShrinkWrap Lol)

has anybody mentioned MOE's miracle towel? actually they normally don't give those out, but it's soooo cool. i love when teams give away beads...though most to all of mine that i got in atlanta were given to a member dancing. i've gotten a whistle at pittsburgh..that was cool and was useful for saving my voice. a team gave me a wristband..like the one for the wrap party in atlanta..that was cool.

I think the best thing my team could give out is scouting data. We have a great scouting system and are looking at going public next year. Letting teams know that you are prepared going into a match doesnt just let them know who you are, but showes them what you can bring to an alliance

I was thinking about taking Tulip paint to some unworn bandanas and pass them out. Or just give out the bandanas themselves. Help control some sweating in the pits. (No pun intended...)

Uhm... well...when in utter despair I made the joke about handing out condoms. Not that any team would ever do that (if any of you do...please give credit to Chrispy for the idea!) but could FIRST really say "Safe Sex isn't allowed." Then again I also made the joke about putting it in our chairman's award submission as 'stopping the new world epidemic...'

I got a pair of FIRST earrings made from FIMO clay at the Chesapeake Regional...one of the mentors from 1449 made them, I believe, and they are awesome. A mentor for Robot Chicks Union (thanks Pat ) made bracelets which we handed out at our meeting. I think jewelry that is wearable every day, not just appropriate at FIRST events, is a great idea.

The coolist thing a team can give out is key chains . After competitions the best thing to do is load up your backpack with other teams keychains. I haven't been to a competition yet(I'm going to two in march), but last year all my friends came back after a trip with all kinds of stuff on their backpacks. I also want a slinky

I got a pen with a built-in highlighter from one team... that was my favorite, because it was really useful. I could highlight match times and take notes about alliance partners/opposing alliances at the same time!
