Re: What's The Coolest Thing A Team Can Give Out?

I really like the rubber bracelets because people will wear those almost all year if they look cool (someone else probably suggested this but i don't feel like reading all the pages) .

Another thing i just thought of is shoes laces in your colors (like one blue and one green) and have your team name on it, now that would be awesome.

What about free injuries?

Or is that just a given with the job?

We plan on giving out shell leis, macadamia nut chocolates, and pineapples again this year at all our events except our own Hawaii regional.

Re: What's The Coolest Thing A Team Can Give Out?

Teams going to Finger Lakes Regional and Buckeye Regional should be on the lookout for 2228's Robotic pens again. They are pretty sweet:

Great idea but... isn't there a rule against giving out/selling, or bringing in food from outside vendors?

If a couple people on your team were in a band...a CD would be really cool. Great publicity for them as well.

Lightbulb Re: What's The Coolest Thing A Team Can Give Out?

The coolest thing a team could give out was a button with a bunch of lights on it so that by pressing a button it would say different things.

Our team this year is considering passing out yo-yos. They come in the standard circle shape but also a triangle and square. FIRST shapes!!. I am sick nasty with a yo-yo.

The best thing I have ever seen handed out where plastic veiner calipers at the Finger Lakes regionals. don't know from who. Also anything with blinking lights is popular. SO SHINY!!!
