Boy this is a bummer. I hope you all can get NASA TV......

I've heard that the 2000 FIRST Robotics Competition Manual will not
be posted til sometime in the day AFTER the kick-off has ended. Try
the website at about 4 or 5 O'clock.

If memory serves me correct, didn't the web site open at noon last year? And
the year before we got a sample that we could fax back to the team awaiting it
at home?

It was available late morning(around 11). I only remember the time because I was watching the kickoff online until I had to leave for the meeting that my team was having that afternoon, and I was able to get the manual downloaded before I had to leave.
