Try looking in the Pneumatics Manual. They should have the order form and/or a link to the website.

You get 4 free cylinders from bimba, they were not missing, you must order them.
go to bimba.com, and there is a picture and a link on the homepage for FIRST teams. It explains it all there. If you need more than the 4 (3 linear, one rotary) they provide, you must either order additional from bimba separately or from one of their distributors. |

The pneumatics order sheet specifically states that you may order 3 cylinders for free. If you order a rotory cyclinder, you may order only 2 other cylinders. This is clearly stated in the pneumatics manual, as well as in the online order form at bimba.com
