The only way to mount to the clear cover and reach the 50 tooth gear at the bottom is to use spacers. I tried 3/4 inch spacers, and that was a little too long. Half-inch spacers may not be enough. In the end we drilled the aluminum plate and mounted with a few plastic washers. Then it worked great. See the pictures above. |

We ended up basically carrying the holes from the lexan shield over to the aluminum shield and everything works great. Thanks for your help.
