Check the radio usage--you may need to tether the cart due to the "no radios in pits" rule.
Edit: on second look, I saw the tether cable being used. I foresee no rule violations unless someone forgets to use the tether.

Neither the Vex transmitter, nor the code in the Vex microcontroller have been been designed, developed or tested/certified "Safe for use in situations affecting human safety."

nah, we've done worse. Talk about zip tying a chair to the top of our frame and using a tv remote and IR board to drive it around. That's fun and has an element of trust involved.
