Arrow Technical Details for the IR sensor board

I am wondering where I can find the technical specification for the IR board.
I want to know what frequency does the receiver run at and stuffs like that.
Anyone knows where can I find these information??

Also, anyone knows where can I order more the IR receiver sensor?
