Team 1710 Needs a part

We are in need of several pulley tensioners that are found on the large CIM Motor's that are no longer allowed to be used in this years competition. Below is a picture of what we need and we are willing to pay shipping to any team that responds to us. Please contact us at ravonics1710@gmail.com for shipping info. Since the 3" CIM isn't allowed this year, wouldn't the spring and pulley also be non-COTS and not be allowed?

It's the Motor that's not allowed. The Spring really isn't apart of the motor it's just an addition. Our Drive train this year is belt driven to save weight, these are the best tensioner's we found. I don't see any problems arising. We have 4 of the big CIM Motors, however, we can not seem to find more then one pulley to go along with them. Great organizing on our part.
