Power Wheels Huge "dirt bike" Motors

Anybody know if the old dirt bike motors from the last few years are allowed this year? It is the big CIM motor Thanks

Motors that did not come in this year's Kit of Parts are not allowed, with the exception of two additional small CIMs.
