FedEx Complimentary Shipping Help

So, our team will only be attending one competition, the Wisconsin Regional, this year. We would like to make use of the FedEx complimentary shipping to get our robot to the competition and back home again. The thing is, none of us really understand what section 4 of the manual is telling us! I can pull out the facts that we ship the crate to the drayage facility, but how do we get it home? What exactly do we put on the crate besides the FedEx tracking stickers. Any help is much appreciated!

Section 4.9.3 helps cover this. FedEx provides the complementray shipping from your shop gto Wisconsin, then to one of 2 choices. If you make Champs, you get free shipping to Champs then home. If you do not make it to Champs, you gte free shipping home.

At the end of Wisconsin, you will have to recrate the bot. It is then that you put the new Bill of Lading on for your home shop (or Champs if you make it).

This is my second year on the team but last year a senior managed the shipping and now no one knows how to fill out the Bill of Lading. So... other than the to and from on the form, what else do i need to fill out on the form besides weight of the robot, or is that it? Also what needs to be on the crate besides those storage facility papers and the tracking numbers? Help me please.
