JAR Packager for FireFox FIRST theme :D

hey everyone, im using firefox and am wanting to make my own add-ons and themes but they have to be in a JAR file, does anyone know a JAR packager to package files into a JAR file? preferably free!

BTW i have been looking for one and will post if i find one
BTW2 im making a FIRST theme for firefox
