Can't you reuse any zip tie if you can "unlock" it by sticking a pin or other thin/sharp/small point through the back (assuming that it is in an accessible position)?

I use these all the time at work. It helps hold wires in the bundle until you are finished with the system. Then you can add permanent ties and remove the others after everything is finished.

They do get damaged after a few releases though.

We use releasable zip ties (smaller ones) until we're ready to finalize everything, just like Al does.
