In the Medieval times they perfected an excellent way to extrude humans . It was called a rack.

No, the rack stretched them. They stopped using racks after Basketball was invented

Extruding a new human is called childbirth. It happens all the time.

Seriously, extrusions have a constant cross-section. Funny-looking human with only body, no legs/arms/head.

mmmmnhhh - childbirth would really be more of "excreting a human" than "extruding." "Extruding a human" would be more like this:
