Go to Post My suggestion is to first focus in on your drive base. Get it running, and drive it into the ground and see what breaks. Then fix it. Rinse wash and repeat. - Andy A. [more]

Does anyone know of any place to download the actual Visual Basic source code for the Dashboard Viewer? Thanx

Innovation First is not releasing the source code, however, I am putting the finishing touches on a decoder for the port in Visual Basic based on the port spec released by Innovation First recently. It will be available in both OCX and source code form, and I will post a download link to this forum when the final few bugs are worked out...

Innovation First is not releasing them, However there is a team out there working on our Open Source version of the dashboard. I am the head of the group. If you want more information give me an email at:

NateCuster@Hotmail.com

We hope to have a full working beta in the next two weeks. Some parts are already near completion, for example Nate Smith's serial reader, which we are using, is almost done and works beautifully. However other parts have not progressed to the same level. If you want to join up with us or use our source it is under the GPL so feel free.
