The explanation is easy. Currently team 397's trailer is not owned by team 397 it is owned by my family. I use our rolling billboard to move large objects and when ever I move. Think about it, does a national champion team really need to collaborate with another team to win? I know a few people who have been on that team in the past and it is forbidden to leak out any information until it gets the ok.

I'm not sure what you're looking at, but the picture being discussed here unquestionably shows the trailer of team 217, the ThunderChickens.

Unless you're claiming that you disguised your trailer to look like theirs?

I am suggesting that someone from their team might be using the trailer for something other than robotics. Because the team might not own it, like my team does not.
