For those of you who do not know what Project Unicorn is, it is a project that the Wildstang team is working on.

It is rumored that they are creating a drive train that is unlike any other thus far.

Project Unicorn has been confirmed. If you check the wildstang message board you can see a message referring to it.

The true essence of the project is still unknown.

As someone with more than a passing interest in innovative drivetrains, I am very interested in this Project Unicorn rumor.

What is this innovation?

What does it buy you?

What does it cost you?

Is it worth the price?

Will it smoke Chief Delphi 5 or is it going to be an also ran?

Many many questions...

Do tell us more about it.

Joe J.

Joe,

I'm not sure who 'the informant' is, but they are just building up your hopes for nothing. Our drive train this year is very similar to one we have used on a past robot. It is simple and will not likely impress anyone.

I suspect that no one will be able to 'smoke' CD5! In fact, I bet your drive system will be much cooler than ours. All I can say is our design energies are more focused on handling large quantities of balls.

Raul
