Very cool way to do Dean's homework. I bet you'll get lots of what I call "citizens" to your competition events... you know, not FIRST-folk.

Have you guys talked about ways to make them feel welcomed and to help them follow the OverDrive itself? I'm just brainstorming here- but what about inviting the teams in the stands to introduce themselves to the visitors? What about a special shout out to visitors to join the teams dancing on the field during "down time"...YMCA, chacha slide, etc.
