Re: festo solanoid

Try blocking the exhaust port with a finger or loopback until your pneumatics system gains > 30psi.
The Festo pilot valve may be starting in a halfway or neutral state left over from the factory. The pilot valve requires a minimum of 30psi to shift properly and should normally be left in the home position where it automatically returns when powered down.
