why are your wheels so far back in your frame? why not increase your footprint for a better center of gravity. or does it have something to do with your ball mechanism...

i like the orange though, and i think those new 6inch mec's will run better that the 8inch ones last year, they just seem more solidely built.

They might be trying to keep the drivetrain in a square on purpose. I believe it makes doing the math for programing holonomic easier.

That's right. The wheel contact points are a 22" square, I think, shifted toward the front of the robot where the forklift is to make an attempt at even weight distribution. Though even with the battery all the way in the back we will still need more counterweight.
