**FIRST EMAIL**/"Building the Crate; Shipping the Robot" Teleconference

Greetings Teams:

The FIRST Senior Mentors are pleased to announce they will be hosting a second important Teleconference call for all FRC Team Mentors this Monday, February 11, at 7 pm EST. The call topic is "Building the Crate; Shipping the Robot." No problem you say? Sounds simple? Not an issue for us? We dare you to miss this call...

With only 7 days left, "Building the Crate; Shipping the Robot" will cover key points regarding tips & compliance in building and maintaining a serviceable robot crate. "Shipping the Robot" will include reminders of those key changes to the FedEx Freight System Complimentary shipping program process and procedures for 2008 and may be enlightening and helpful to forestall any last minute problems meeting the ship-date requirements.

Good idea - be sure to retrieve your Bills of Lading from the FedEx envelope from your Kit of Parts today and keep them in a safe place. Better today, rather than discovering their loss on February 19th - Ship Day.

The call will be led by Senior Mentor Paul Kloberg.

All team mentors are welcome. The call in number is 1-800-503-2899 and the access code is 6663906. We will have 50 lines available, so it will be first come, first served. This call will be recorded and available for replay here, http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc...nt.aspx?id=498.

Please Join Us!

Again, all team mentors are welcome, especially those attached to rookie teams.

Go Teams!
