If your talking about the Configuration Page
the lines are to label your robot RC configuration
so you have a reference while programming.

Re: EasyC Hardware Configuration

No you have to write the code.
Hit F1 on your keyboard then click "Getting Started" then go through the
tutorials.

Yes i did and i have all the tutorials pretty much done besides the first one direction 3 says "Enter the information about your hardware configuration into the chart. See an example. " Seeing the example doesnt help me to much, our wires and all are already hooked up with the controller and everything but not on the robot since we're putting finishing touches. Its just hooked up to one motor now to just see if all the programming is working. Basically everything is hooked up on the table.

can you give me a more detailed example and simple of what to write in these?

Re: EasyC Hardware Configuration

You can leave the table blank, it's there to make it easier for you to remember
where everything is plugged in.

Re: EasyC Hardware Configuration

When using an easyC function that requires you to specify an input or output pin on the RC, you select the desired pin using a drop-down menu. The labels you type on the hardware configuration screen will be displayed along with the pin numbers in the selection dialog.
