No 'Monkeys'?

I was just wondering if there are any specialty robots out there this year. Last year we saw a wide assortment of specialty robots that either dominated the puck, or stole the show with their amazing maneuverability, this year doesn't seem to include them. None of the well-known teams that have their pictures posted (Wildstang, CD, Team Hammond, etc..) don’t seem to have any the ability to 'Monkey' as my team (#188!) calls it. I'm sure many other teams have thought of the idea, to just head straight for the central bar, dominate it, and have the ability to distribute balls from one trough to the other as they see fit. Thoughts? This would be a very appealing robot to be with during the finals, yet I haven't seen any team make an attempt. But I’m sure I’ll be surprised by various other designs.
