i broke the v key on my laptop by dropping a book on it a while back...
you can sorta get it in by some careful snapping into place, but it would have only come off if the white pieces (like in the picture above) had broken. i can't see the laptop obviously, i don't know if you can fix it without taking it in to a computer store, but all you really have to do is snap both of the hinge-white pieces (again, picture above) into the sockets on the key. |
