The crimp on the red wire to the main circuit breaker looks like it's not insulated, so I would either wrap electrical tape around it or put some heat shrink on it. Also the crimps on the breaker panel need heat shrink as do the crimps on the spikes. Otherwise, it looks okay. Good luck!

Shouldn't the ground wires coming off the 40amp Victors be going to the power distribution panel and not that fuse panel?

I'm not quite sure what is going on with the red wires connecting to your main breaker and the right side of the red section of the Rockwell block. Is that a single wire? If so, can you make it shorter? Either way, you should get some electrical tape on the exposed metal parts of that lug to make sure nothing touches it while its energized.

It's generally preferred that the negative leads from the high-current Victors be connected to the Rockwell block rather than to the ATC panel as this reduces the loss.

I can't tell whether you've connected the fan wires for the Victors, but if you haven't, you should. The preferred connection method is to put lugs on them and then connect them to the V+ and V- terminals of the Victors they go with (on the same screw as the main power connections). That way the Victors will have cooling any time they are drawing current. It's also acceptable to gang them together and give them their own breaker.

It doesn't look like you've given yourself a lot of room to get your motor leads out of the Victors on the left side.

All that aside, it still looks better than the electronics board we used as rookies.
