Control Box Dimensions

Have they ever, in the past, measured the dimensions of the control box that is used during the competition?

If your control box is too big, what will be the outcome?

It's an illegal part, then.

Here's the deal: It needs to fit on the shelf. There is no restriction other than that. (Well, other than using the OI...) You are also allowed to have things on the floor or head/arm mounted, but those need to be put on while stepping forward.

I think as long as you can get it on the shelf, it doesn't matter. Why, how big is yours?

I've had it done in inspection too. In fact, we had to shave one 1-2in off of our 2006 control panel to pass inspection.
