2008 Autodesk Inventor Design Competition Rules Clarification

Are you allowed, without getting points marked off, to use the Autocad files they give you at http://www.firstcadlibrary.com/ or the firstbase autodesk kit of parts in The 2008 Autodesk Inventor Design Competition? Or do you have to make all your parts from scratch?
