Getting Gear off of Fisher Price Motor

ok, my team is trying to get the gear off of the fisher price motor, and we have run into a problem, the gear puller is too small to fit it, and the thing will not budge when using a punch or something. We really need to do this to add a transmission onto it, please help asap! :-) thanks in advance!
