the ftc software is totally different and easier to work with since there is no need to play around with any kind of excel system. Also in the ftc software is a server that works in ad-hoc mode meaning you can have one scoring system and another computer in the lan doing the displays

Shaun,
It should be fairly painless. Are there any commas in the names of any teams or schools? That could screw up the import since the software uses commas as the separator between fields. If you want, send me a private message and I'll send you the one I use to import for NJ that you can test with or modify. If you are working on the file in Excel, make sure that when you save, you tell excel to keep it in the original format. George
