Once you have the animation uploaded...

Is it final? Or can you upload an animation and then later replace that with a new animation that you made some changes to?

I don't know, I wouldn't risk it. You can upload multiple versions. Its not final until you hit the submit button, then you can't upload or make changes anymore.
