oh ok my fault for using the wrong terms. What i meant to say what, was the following scenario:
during hybrid the front of the bot breaks the plane to knock the ball off because he have our ball "knocker offer thingy" in the back of our bot. so after our bot has knocked the ball off it just goes foward and Crosses
the finish line. this legal right because our bot never completely crossed the finish line it just broke the plane and our bot never drove back?

Even if your robot breaks the plane of the line, you can back up unless you cross the line completely. This strategy is fully legal; in fact, you might see a lot of it.

Yes this is legal, because you never crossed the line completely.
