Do we have to buy park hopper passes to get into Epcot or can we just walk in?

If you are getting a Disney package, park hopper passes are included in the package price. If you are building your own package, you will need separate passes to go into the parks themselves, except for the team party on saturday night...as for the competition, it is right outside Epcot's ticket gates, so you won't need passes to get there.
