I seem to recall another team with the same situation. I think they called FIRST and I think FIRST told them to crate it and leave it alone by the specified time. Not sure though. I'd call FIRST, as you have an issue which needs to be resolved in the next few hours, and it can take a few days for them to get back to you if you email them.
