Wow Fox really digs FIRST

In addition to this segment on NYC's Fox 5 news Team 1155 has also been featured on BronxNet TV, local news papers such as the Riverdale Press, Michael Franzini's photo documentary 100 Young Americans and will soon be appearing in US News and World Report's segment on Bronx Science as one of the top High Schools in the nation.

Re: Dean's 2008 homework

Good to see the media spreading the word, I think this will really help the developement of FIRST. Our team got some air time Tuesday night. I have the segment taped, I just have to get it on my computer and then upload it to you tube. Ill post a link when Im done.

Re: Dean's 2008 homework

558 was on our local CBS news the night before ship and we were interviewed extensively by the New Haven Register that same day. Are awaiting the article, which should come out this weekend or next. Guilford's Apple Pi, team 2067, was also featured in that same paper last weekend. And our own public school system did a feature on their website. We are still working on getting more publicity, in particular getting the folks who came to attend the regional.
