weight problems anyone?

hi everyone
i am from team 1690, we are using an arm to lift the ball over the overpass.
eventhogh during the whole build season we thught that "there is no chance we would be overweight"..guess what- we were.
we've spent the night of the 18th at the shop drilling everything possible, and got rid of a few things and now we are under again.
after seeing a lot of robots, i would like to know if there are any teams (especially shooters or herders) that are a lot under weight? (if you added weights to balance yourself it also counts).
its just that im looking at some robots and thinking- where is their 54 kg (i am from israel so i think in kilograms and not in lbs...)??
