I just wanted to say a special thanks to the folks on teams 65 and 66 for all of the hard work that they put in on the scouting system at the nationals. I know we had some problems with it but you guys did a great job and it was good working with you. I am already planning for next years effort.

While I appreciate your comments, I have to go back to what I said to my team when team 65 acknowledged our work in Chicago by graciously giving one of their J&J Sportsmanship Award trophies for the scouting system to our team. While it may have been a few of us who put the work into setting everything up, without the work of all the other teams collecting and entering the data, any amount of work that we would have done would have been for nothing. But, if nothing else, this year's setup was a learning experience that will help us to make the 2001 system even better! If you have any comments as to what should be a part of next year's setup, please let us know!

Nate

Thanks Tim-

I think theres a lot we can do to make it better - you guys had some feedback that I think was important to my understanding of some of the problems. We're going to try harder next year!

I think publishing and agreeing on a common scouting form early will be a big help next year.

Ken
