easy-c program wont download

just installed easy-c on laptop for vex challenge tomrrow - when we try to download a program, my usb/com port teather is not recognized. what do I need to make this work

I fixed Elie's this morning, Click on the start menu, right click my computer. click properties, click the hardware tab then click device manager if you scroll down that list you should see COM Ports, see what number com port is right under that then enter that in Easy C where ever you can change connection options for the loader.

If your com port is set correctly then download the driver from here http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=46174 and see if that fixes it.
