Hi, welcome to Chief Delphi!
Typically it is advisable to search before you post as many others may have had the same question you do and already posted about it. In this case, "IR" does not have enough characters to be searchable and reciever doesn't hit the most useful threads so I've tracked them down for you. The best resource to start with would be the documentation from FIRST regarding the board.
