Ordering more parts through the IGUS donation
Has anyone else successfully gotten additional IGUS products through the donation system on their website? I placed a request for some more of their energy chain on February 11th, and still haven't gotten anything. I called IGUS today and they said that the request was processed on February 18th, but they didn't have access to the warehouse system to see when it shipped out, if it did.
Even though it's after ship day, it'd be nice to put on when we get to LSR (March 20) to keep the wires for our lift together, but it's not crucial for our design. Has anyone else had better luck?
