Confessions of FIRSTaholics on the long drive home from Zeeland:

You know you're a RoboGEEK when.... all the mile markers make you think of FIRST teams.
#47 Chief Delphi. #111 Wildstang. # 67 HotBot. # 65 Huskies.

You know you're a RoboGEEK when you have FIRST paraphernalia everywhere...your room, hanging in your car, and at school.
You know you're a RoBoGEEK when your team is supposed to be scouting, but you are reading things on the scout sheets like, 'Cute, but a little short.'

You know you're a RoboGEEK when FIRST team members are going to each others' proms and all sitting together!

(Thanks Meg! and sorry)

The FIRST 'geek' thing happened at my prom. We actually found ourselves telling other people how cool it was, and we must have been really fired up because they were actually really interested...

I passed 126 on the way home,...69, 65, 67, 68, 47, 70, 71, 93,.. I can name all of these teams- and not only did the mile markers remind me of the teams- but I seriously pondered STEALING them for their pit areas

however, I don't think Woodie and Dean would promote the spirit of stealing highway signs very much and I don't think they would approve.

The sad part is, it's not just happening with highway signs anymore- but all numbers in general...
HELP... I AM A FIRST-A-HOLIC!!

-erin

You know it's bad when not just highway signs, but MATH class causes you to think of teams!
There's no escaping the numbers! ...Just as long as my english class stays away from team names now.... Sigh, I think I'm going to go play with my Legos now =) ..I need something to do before the comps around here get heated up!
